After her training period at Evergreen Ltd.. she was employed for quite some time in the area of Management Development. then studied psychology and returned to the company. After various deployments abroad, she became Head of HR. Michael Fuller: Head of Finance/Controlling (FC) and fully qualified lawyer. First of all, he worked as an industrial engineer for an international industrial engineering .company then became Head of the legal department of Evergreen Ltd,and after three years Head of FC. Dr.Howard Knowles:Head of Marketing/Distribution and certified economist.For ten years, he was employed by an industrial company in the USA and a consumer goods manufacturer in Japan and then joined the executive board of Evergreen Ltd.
