  • 7.Production Facility 7 Punching process is the first process of the manufacturing process of concrete pump. The whole projects of punching process are conducted with perfect processes, advanced equiptments, rational layout. Punching process mainly consists of 6 punches, 1 decoiling line, 2 shear machines and 1 plasma cutting machine. Chassis punching line consists of 1 press, carling punch is 500 tons of hydraulic machines, and all punches are intelligently controlled by advanced PLC. Welding process consists of 6 riveters, 18 sets of electronic control devices, 12 sets suspension spot welding equipments and supporting facilities. Major welding parts are entirely achieved by a fully automated production line, to ensure the accuracy of welding spots and international quality of products.
